Dr Madonna Collins
Dr Madonna Collins completed her medical qualifications at the University of Queensland. Madonna has raised a family of three and has lived in many different countries throughout the world. She enjoys all aspects of family medicine and has a particular interest in preventive medicine. As a seasoned traveller, she is also passionate about the importance of safe travel medicine.
Outside of medicine, Madonna likes to spend time with her family and pets.
Dr. Sunny Modi
Dr Sunny Modi is a specialist GP in Skin Cancer medicine. He initially started working in various hospitals in Queensland, mainly working in General Surgery, prior to gaining his fellowship in General Practice. He has completed Advanced Certificate courses in Skin Cancer Medicine and Dermatoscopy through Skin Cancer College Australasia (SCCA) and is now designated as Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor by the College. He has gained wealth of experience in skin cancer procedures including flap repairs and grafts.
Dr Modi also offers circumcision procedure for all ages. He has introduced a novel circumcision technique in Australia for first time.
Dr. Julia Cantrill
Dr. Julia graduated from the University of Queensland with honours in 2011. After completing residency at the RBWH she went on to spend the next few years working in multiple hospitals across south east Queensland primarily in neurosurgery and general surgery. Since making the decision to move into General Practice, Julia has worked in a number of different practices before joining Berkeley in January 2020. Prior to undertaking medical training Julia trained and worked as an Occupational Therapist and still enjoys integrating this wholistic and functional approach into her practice.
Dr. Julia enjoys all aspects of general practice but has an interest in sport and exercise both personally and professionally. She has completed a Masters of Sport and Exercise Medicine and enjoys integrating this into her day to day practice to assist all patients in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.Dr. Julia enjoys providing antenatal care as well as seeing children and families as they grow. She has completed Mater Hospital alignment and is thus able to provide shared antenatal care to patients across all Queensland public hospitals.
Outside of medicine Julia is a keen trail and ultra marathon runner, reader and (very) amateur florist. She also enjoys spending time with her young family and pets.
Dr. Julia is currently available for appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
Dr Ranganath Rattehalli
Dr Rang Rattehalli is a Consultant Psychiatrist with more than 15 years’ experience of working in Australia and the United Kingdom. His areas of interest include mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders including OCD and PTSD, grief and psycho-oncology.
He uses a combination of psychological approaches and medications. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australianand New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) and a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych) in London.
In addition to his Private Practice at the Apollo Specialist Centre, he works as a Staff Specialist at the Mood Disorder Academic Clinical Unit for Metro South Health and holds an Academic Position with the Griffith University School of Medicine.
Dianne brings many years of experience to our practice from her work in medical reception and nursing roles. Dianne is a kind and cheerful person who enjoys talking to our patients and providing a welcoming and caring environment.
Outside of work Dianne enjoys spending time with her family, friends and traveling.
Debbie is an experienced medical receptionist who is very attentive and goes above and beyond to help our patients. She enjoys her role as every day is different. Debbie particularly enjoys watching our newborn patients grow into little people.
Outside of work Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and trying out new recipes.
Louise is a qualified Registered Nurse who brings over 12 years of nursing experience to the practice. She provides professional and compassionate care to patients and enjoys all aspects of general nursing.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her 2 young children, camping, reading and travelling.
Ruth has a passion for providing person-centred nursing care to individuals and families. She enjoys all aspects of nursing within general practice, but especially enjoys the management and care of Chronic Disease patients.
In her spare time, Ruth enjoys gardening, patchwork quilting, contributing to community events and spending time with her friends and family.
